Here is a little bit more about me!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado with 16 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges.

My therapeutic style is grounded in authenticity and the acknowledgment that we are all human. While you have your own experiences, I can often empathize with the meaning a lot of us assign to those experiences. I am an EMDR therapist trained in CBT, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Polyvagal Theory, but first and foremost, I am a person who enjoys helping others. Sometimes I’m funny, sometimes I’m awkward, sometimes I say something inappropriate, and sometimes I’m wrong. It’s important that I bring these human traits to the therapy room, which I believe helps cultivate authentic therapeutic rapport.

My Training & Education

I recognize how the environment and systems shape who we are. Today, there is so much outside of our control. But that doesn’t stop me from being an ally and an advocate.

I support my community by fighting inequities - whether it’s something unfair an individual is experiencing or a systemic failure.

I am gender-affirming and support the LGBTQIA+ community, and I appreciate what I have learned from others and know I have a responsibility to stand up for those who are too often put down, shamed, marginalized, or judged.
